the drive

i drove home with a foggy windscreen
late last night, squinting,
forgot my glasses and the destination

there are veils, thicker then usual
i think about a clearing and what it would take
yet the signs are jumbled
yet the mist thick,

I am not sure of anything
yet i am freedom exploring love
driving!
